1. Where are the covers manufactured?
We work with trusted international suppliers and control quality from our warehouse in Spain. All cases are inspected before shipping.
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Preparation time is 1 to 3 business days and shipping takes between 24 and 72 hours within Spain.
For shipments to Europe, the estimated time is 3 to 7 business days.
3. What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the delivery address and the selected shipping company.
We work with different courier services to offer the best combination of price and speed.
You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to check the shipment status at any time.
5. Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
If the product arrives defective or incorrect, we will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
To request a refund, write to contact@casemio.com indicating your order number.
6. What happens if my case arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or with any problems, please email us at contact@casemio.com attaching photos of the product and packaging. We will help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.
7. Do you make custom phone cases?
We don't currently manufacture custom cases. We currently work with exclusive designs selected by our team.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and payments through PayPal.
All payments are 100% secure and processed through certified gateways.
9. Can I cancel an order after I've placed it?
If your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet, you can easily cancel it. Write to us as soon as possible at contact@casemio.com
Once the order is in transit, it will not be possible to cancel it.
