Order processing
Orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days.
You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Estimated shipping time:

Spain: 24–72 hours once shipped.

Europe: 3–7 working days.
Shipping costs

Spain (peninsular): Free shipping on orders over €30.

Orders under €30: shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Europe: variable cost depending on the destination, shown before completing the payment.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, provided that the product is unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.
To request a refund, please contact us at contact@casemio.com indicating your order number.
We will explain the process and the shipping address.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of error on our part or defective product.
Changes or cancellations
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been processed, we can make the change or cancellation without any problem.
Estimated timeframes

Spain: preparation 1–3 days, shipping 1–3 days → total estimated 2–6 days.
